SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

TO AND FROM WEEKEND EVENTS

Transportation will be provided for all wedding guests to and from the hotels to the Welcome Party on Friday, September 25th and for the wedding on Saturday, September 26th.

WELCOME PARTY:
Please note that the only method of transportation to and from the welcome party is the provided transportation. Should you choose to drive yourself, please arrange for transportation to and from the recommended hotels listed above (Hyatt and Ritz-Carlton).

WEDDING:
Should you choose to drive yourself to the Wedding, there is complimentary valet service at the venue (Martis Camp Lodge). We will coordinate everyone’s travel from the recommended hotels listed above (Hyatt and Ritz-Carlton). We want everyone to enjoy themselves and be safe!

AIRPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

The Reno-Tahoe International airport is the airport that we recommend everyone fly into. Incline Village and Truckee is about a 40 minute drive from the Reno-Tahoe International airport.

Sacramento International airport (SMF) is another option to fly into. Incline Village and Truckee is about a 1hr 45min drive from SMF.

San Francisco International airport (SFO) is another option to fly into. Incline Village and Truckee is about a 3hr 15min drive from SFO.

TRANSPORTATION

TO AND FROM RENO AIRPORT

Rental Cars: A rental car may be useful for transport to and from the airport, and for exploring the area in your free time, something we encourage and highly recommend. All major brands are available at the Reno Airport, the rental car facilities are on site, contract/key pick up desks in baggage claim, and the cars are a quick 2-minute walk from baggage claim. Returns are in the same place. Rental car rates for the wedding weekend start at about $70 per day (Alamo, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, and Dollar).

Private Car Service: Tahoe Elite 

Uber/Lyft: Both Uber and Lyft are available in Reno. Uber and Lyft will cost approximately $60-$100 one way depending on the level of car requested (Uber X $60/Comfort $70/XL $97). While Uber is available at Reno Airport, the ride-share options are much more scarce in Truckee.

Shuttle: North Lake Tahoe Express is a shared-ride large shuttle bus serving Truckee along the Green Route (NLTE service desk and waiting area are at the far end of baggage claim in the Reno Airport). Shuttles leave the Reno airport and drop off at the Truckee airport (~5 minutes from Truckee and ~25-30 minutes from Incline Village). Shuttles leave daily at 10:30am, 3:15pm and 11:59pm. It is $99/person, one way.
