For the welcome party, it’s lakeside fun attire. For the wedding day, the dress code is formal attire.

The Ceremony and Reception will take place outdoors on the grass. Please bring an additional layer to keep warm and choose footwear accordingly.

Expect 70s during the day. Evenings will drop to 50s. Please keep in mind that evenings can get quite chilly in the mountains once the sun drops, so it is very important to bring a layer to keep warm as most of the evening will take place outside.

There will be a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests from the recommended hotels we have listed in the Travel & Stay section. 

There is not parking at the welcome party venue. The only method of transportation to and from the welcome party is via the provided shuttles. There is complimentary valet parking at Martis Camp for the wedding and the wedding day, in addition to the provided shuttles.

you are in the mountains at a much higher elevation. Please make sure to hydrate appropriately, especially when enjoying alcohol.

Although we love your little ones, we ask that this be an adults only weekend, at both the welcome party and wedding.
